We put nature first
We celebrate diversity
We are powered by curiosity
We exist to make world-class, live learning accessible to everyone. Our mission is to empower people to think critically, to act on the basis of evidence, and to be wiser and kinder stewards of our biosphere and communities.
We believe that now, more than ever, it’s crucial to foster collaboration and learning. However, our education systems are outdated. We are taught to memorise and regurgitate information. We are encouraged to do “conveyor belt” tasks while AI is developed. Hundreds of millions of us are being taught skills that, very soon, will be obsolete. Here at AimHi, we’re challenging that narrative.
Instead, we’re preparing global citizens for roles that don’t yet exist; encouraging diverse voices to tackle the world’s biggest problems. Promoting kinship and collaboration, we put our commitment to the planet at the heart of what we do. Why? Because our civilisation is at stake. We’re in the midst of an ecological crisis!
Rather than defining success by short-term information recall or traditional grades, we measure progress through engagement, understanding and an eagerness to discover more. It’s vital that we maximise learning that enthuses and empowers learners. That’s why we use expert teachers, global game-changers, and inspiring educational role models.
We began AimHi in 2020, as schools closed around the world. Why? Because we realised that millions of students could miss out on crucial education. As a response, we knew we had to create a great online platform for teaching and learning.
With the AimHi platform, we have overcome the challenges of distance and separation, bringing accessible education to almost anyone. We've also been able to help teachers become being charismatic, educational tour guides. We've not looked back since.
Our lessons are linked to key points of the curriculum. By welcoming and motivating live interaction, we give everyone the opportunity to ask questions, think critically and steer the journey. Thousands of students are able to take part at once, all with a chance to engage and interact with in real-time via live chat, polls, puzzles and more.
